As I have used systems in the past, there never really was a capacity plan tool like this integrated within the system. This lets me input my volume and AHT's and plan how much PTO I can afford to give out and plan out my hiring.

Does this support large a large agent base for up to 1,000 employees or is it limited like the ss scheduler tool?
The SS Capacity can support as large of a contact center as you wish, it is not limited like the SS Schedules tool is.
